The Intentional Career 90-Day Sprint

You've done everything right...

You work hard, you deliver and you’re well-respected.

You have solid expertise and a strong track record.

So why are you still stuck?

Promotions go to people with less experience. Strategic projects land with colleagues who just speak up more. Your solid performance keeps you exactly where you are – valued, but static. You’ve tried working harder, taking on more challenges. You’ve read the books and listened to the podcasts. But without someone to help you see your blind spots, challenge your assumptions, and push you to actually act on what you know you should be doing, nothing shifts.

That’s what the Intentional Career 90-Day Sprint gives you: the structure, the challenge, and the group momentum to finally move forward.

What is the Intentional Career 90-Day Sprint?

It’s a small blended learning  group programme for mid-career professionals who are tired of feeling stuck.
Over three months, you’ll meet with me as your coach, and a group of people facing similar challenges – highly capable professionals who know they’re ready to progress but can’t quite shift the needle on the dial. You’ll learn as much from their experiences and breakthroughs as you do from your own.
This isn’t a traditional course with a million powerpoint slides. There is structure, based around The Core Career Dials framework, but it’s delivered in a group coaching format. You’ll bring your real challenges, get coached on them in real time, interact with the group and leave each session new ideas to percolate and new actions to implement.
You’ll get eight 90-minute sessions, spaced roughly every two weeks. Plus a 15-minute 1:1 with me at the start to get clear on where you’re focusing, and another at the end to consolidate what you’ve achieved. You can also book up to two more 15 minute laser sessions with me during the programme to zone in on anything you like.
The group is capped at 12 people maximum, so you’ll get time and space to work through what’s will propel you forward.

Why the Group Coaching Approach Works

You’ll see your patterns reflected in other people’s challenges. The thing you’ve been stuck on for months suddenly becomes obvious when someone else describes their version of it.
You’ll get multiple perspectives. Other smart, experienced professionals spotting what you can’t see creates breakthroughs faster than you’d get on your own.
You’ll stop thinking your struggles are unique to you and you’ll gain solidarity in working through them. When you hear that other capable people are wrestling with the same doubts and blocks, it shifts something. You’ll see that you’re not failing, you’re just navigating common mid-career challenges.
You’ll learn from watching others get coached. Half the value comes from seeing someone else work through their challenge and recognising yourself in it.
You’ll build accountability that actually works through the power of the shared experience.

What's included?

  • Eight 90-minute group sessions over three months, meeting roughly every two weeks:
  • 13th January
  • 27th January
  • 13th February
  • 27th February
  • 13th March
  • 27th March
  • 14th April
  • 28th April
All sessions run 12:00-13:30, alternating between Tuesdays and Fridays to give you scheduling flexibility.

You’ll benefit from:

A small group of people who actually understand what you’re dealing with. Not networking contacts or LinkedIn connections, but people who are in it with you, working through similar challenges in real time.

In addition to the eight group calls you get:

  • A 15-minute 1:1 session with me at the start to get clear on where you’re focusing your energy during the sprint, and another at the end to consolidate what you’ve achieved and plan your next steps.
  • Two further 15-minute laser sessions with me during the programme.
  • Access to cohort materials for learning and consolidation in between sessions
  • A Core Career Dials assessment, which you take at the start and again at the end so that you can see measurable progress.
  • A copy of The Core Career Dials book, so you’ve got a shared language and framework to refer back to.
Maximum 12 people in the group, so you get time and space to work on what matters.

What changes in 90 Days?

You’ll take action on your career advancement goals from day one. Not after you’ve figured everything out or feel ready, but immediately, building new habits and forward momentum from the first session.
You’ll know exactly where to focus. You’ll identify which dials to work on that will actually shift your situation, and you’ll create specific actions for each. You’ll have a plan you can execute.
You’ll stop second-guessing yourself. The constant internal dialogue about whether you’re doing enough, focusing on the right things, or missing something obvious gets replaced with clearer thinking and more decisive action.
You’ll have a group of people who get it. Professional relationships that go beyond surface-level networking, with people who understand the specific challenges of progression at the at mid-career stage.
You’ll know what’s actually holding you back and understand more about the real patterns and blind spots that keep you where you are.
You’ll be equipped to create your own forward momentum and maintain continuity in developing your career.

Who is this for?

You’re likely at mid-career stage and you know you have a lot more life in your career yet. You want to move forward – possibly to a promotion or something that excites you more than your current role.
You’re ready to put some time, effort and energy into doing the work that will create change for you.
You recognise that career progression at this stage is a slightly longer term game and you’re not expecting a quick fix.

This isn’t for you if you’re looking for a programme to help you with your CV and job applications and if you’re struggling in the middle of job search mode.

What they say about me

Wow! Just Wow! If you want to be able to genuinely say that, then I can wholly recommend Sarah for coaching. Sarah did a great job of listening, reassuring and helping hold the mirror up to me to encourage the beginning of the journey…The results were life changing, and that is not being over-dramatic.
Gary, Head of Manufacturing Engineering
Through her insightful questions and steady guidance, I’ve grown and stepped boldly into new challenges with confidence.
Everyone should have a Sarah in their life ❤️

SN, Senior VP

Sarah is so inspiring as a career coach as she truly understands what I mean, despite the barrage of words that I throw at her! She’s incredibly perceptive and cleverly guides me to new understanding. From our conversations I have begun to understand myself more deeply and challenge myself more often which helps me change and grow. I love her wisdom and insights.

JK, Executive Director

One of the most significant changes I have noticed in myself is a heightened sense of self-awareness and a more focussed approach to my career short and longer term. I am now more equipped to handle challenges and make informed decisions. Sarah’s coaching has empowered me to take proactive steps towards achieving my career aspirations, and I am extremely grateful for the positive influence she has had on my professional journey.

AB, Technical Director

Letting Sarah work her magic on you is not a decision you’ll regret. Whatever you’re facing at the moment Sarah will help you find the answer.

JG, Senior Manager

Sarah enabled me, through reflection and questioning, to peel back the onion on the challenges I felt I was up against and needed help to solve. Whilst I will always be ‘work in progress’ I feel much more empowered to work through more experiences on my own by revisiting the reflections from my sessions and developing self agency to explore my own understanding and find resolutions.
