How I help

I work with mid-senior professionals navigating complex career decisions, and I support organisations that want to retain talent by making growth a shared priority. My approach is practical, energising, and grounded in the belief that career development should be intentional — not left to chance.

I work with people too, who want to work in focused, energised group cohorts to bring about change and forward movement in their careers.

Intentional career development...

I’ve developed a practical framework, called the Core Career Dials, that brings a fresh, energising approach to career growth.

For organisations, I support managers to move beyond outdated reviews and into ongoing development conversations that build capability and engagement. Through coaching, facilitation and training, I equip leaders with practical tools to support their teams — creating a culture where development feels empowering, not performative.

For individuals, I help you reconnect with what matters in your career. Whether you’re navigating a crossroads, eyeing promotion, or simply ready for change, I offer space, structure and challenge to help you grow with clarity and confidence.

Because career development shouldn’t be left to chance — it should be intentional, energising, and real.

Why me?

My career path has taken me from the newsrooms of the BBC to the corridors of the NHS and into the world of higher education. No matter what role I’ve carried out, communication and developing others have been cornerstones of my career; it’s where I draw my energy and give my best.

I’m now an ICF accredited coach (ACC), bringing my frameworks and methodologies to both the business school classroom, individuals keen to progress their professional development and organisations committed to developing their people. I’ve dedicated the last decade to cracking the code of transformational career development – and I want to share what works.

Enough about me, what about you?
