The impact of coaching with Sarah has been profound. Her guidance has enabled me to develop a more strategic mindset, provide insights on executive behaviours and expectations, and enhance my overall performance. Sarah's coaching has more than met my expectations by providing me with actionable insights and practical tools that I can apply in my daily work environment. One of the most significant changes I have noticed in myself is a heightened sense of self-awareness and a more focussed approach to my career short and longer term. I am not more equipped to handle challenges and make informed decisions. Sarah's coaching has empowered me to take proactive steps towards achieving my career aspirations, and I am extremely grateful for the positive influence she has had on my professional journey.

Wow! Just Wow! If you want to be able to genuinely say that, then I can wholly recommend Sarah for coaching. I was honestly at the lowest point I have been, and searching for answers, which shouldn’t be a problem being an Engineer with complex problem solving skills, but I am not ashamed to say on this occasion I needed some help. Sarah did a great job of listening, reassuring and helping hold the mirror up to me to encourage the beginning of the journey, I felt safe throughout, and able to be honest and speak freely. There were some significant revelations, we broke down the barrier and I then sought out some counselling to deal with both a recent and distant family bereavement. It was like opening a floodgate, revealing clarity I hadn’t felt for a very long time. Accompanying this with Sarah’s curious and problem solving coaching style, with the aim of releasing my own full potential was refreshing. The simple models and exercises used gave great base for discussion and reflection. The results were life changing, and that is not being over-dramatic. I took a grip of my health, seeking support for some long term issues, which are now on the mend, I made my decision it was time to move companies, and now have a new role, with the twist being I have been true to myself and admit my desire to live near the Lake District, so the new job is near there! And the house is now on the market and the longer term relocation is on the way. The impact of all this, more productivity, healthier life, but more importantly inner peace, both at work and home. If you are looking for that next level, then I can whole heartedly recommend Sarah will support you along the way.

I worked with Sarah for a period of 9 months. The coaching coincided with really challenging personal circumstances so it was great to be able to have someone external to help me build focus and clarity around my career, despite chaotic circumstances in other parts of my world. Sarah is insightful and really approachable. I highly recommend her as a coach and thought partner.

Letting Sarah work her magic on you is not a decision you'll regret. Whatever you're facing at the moment Sarah will help you find the answer. We connected while I was studying for an apprenticeship with Henley Business School and coaching was a new experience for me. I wasn't sure what pathways were open to me and feeling a little rudderless in the job market. Sarah's pragmatic and action orientate approach supported and encouraged me, revealed some truths and set me off in a more positive direction.

Sarah is so inspiring as a career coach as she truly understands what I mean, despite the barrage of words that I throw at her! She’s incredibly perceptive and cleverly guides me to new understanding. From our conversations I have begun to understand myself more deeply and challenge myself more often which helps me change and grow. I love her wisdom and insights. Don’t think about whether you need a career coach, you just do, so contact Sarah!!

I came across Sarah as a student during my time at Henley, and really connected with her theories and tips for more efficient and productive ways of working. I then went on to access her support through coaching. Sarah enabled me, through reflection and questioning, to peel back the onion on the challenges I felt I was up against and needed help to solve. Whilst I will always be ‘work in progress’ I feel much more empowered to work through more experiences on my own by revisiting the reflections from my sessions and developing self agency to explore my own understanding and find resolutions. From this, I have been able to highlight the change has occurred, even if subtle and unnoticeable immediately to me. I’ve noted that when I feel challenged, I can now revisit my reflections. This has helped me to make sense of what I’m feeling, reduce rumination and face head on my worst fears, enemies and insecurities. I hope it’s also reflected in how I show up in the presence of others, which is my priority for leadership development and influence. If any of this resonates with you, why not take the first step of Lao Tzu’s journey?… it may be 1000 miles, but it has to begin with the first step.
